Fourteen days, no questions
Return any unused piece within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the original shipping cost.
Condition
Pieces must be returned in original packaging, unused, and with all care cards intact.
How to initiate
Message the studio on WhatsApp with your order number. We arrange the pickup — you keep the packaging closed.
Exclusions
Seasonal editions, custom orders, and clearance pieces are final sale unless faulty.
